Welcome!

The Capital Area Handbell Festival, first organized in 1989, is held every year in November.  The event was established to fulfill a need to have a high-quality, annual local handbell ringing event in the Raleigh-Durham area.

The festival is planned by the Capital Area Handbell Festival Committee, which consists of the following two members: David Harris and Marilyn Reese, and is run under the auspices of The Raleigh Ringers, Inc.
